• Develop a birth preferences sheet, provide evidence-based education, and consult on appropriate comfort measures with you and your family

  After the birth of your baby

• 45 min/1 hour postpartum care in hospital or birth place

• Birth Postpartum visit within 2 weeks of birth

• Referrals for extra support

Postpartum services

Full spectrum/Postpartum support is critical to reducing depression and anxiety with clients and their families (yes, they can get it too!). 4 hour minimum a day with flexible packages ranging from 2-12 weeks. Contact me for details.
