The fabulous four
As a mama of four great kiddos I have given birth four different ways and, as a doula, every birth I have attended has been different. I didn’t hire a doula until my last two births and the experiences were amazing for my family. I learned how I could reach within myself to overcome and cope with difficulties.
My belief as a doula is to validate and recognize women’s birth visions and encourage them to use their voice. Each of my babies are my JOY birth!
Women have been giving birth since the beginning of time. Our bodies were made for this very important job of bringing life into this world! Some may decide they want to come in a little differently and that is the beauty of birth!
